Over the past editions the CIARE Trophy has become a reference point for all electro acoustic fans. Specifically created to meet, listen to, confront and award the best-designed and DIY constructed high fidelity sound diffusion systems. As always over the past sixteen years it is carried out in maximum serenity and cooperation.

The CIARE Trophy is open to all private DIY constructors, both expert (sezione Expert) and novices (sezione Novice). For the first time the CIARE Trophy opens its doors to foreign fans thus becoming an international competition. Participants must send all design documents together with all documents requested by the official competition by the 31st January 2010. The final classification will take into consideration acoustic, technical, aesthetic and innovative characteristics of the submitted speakers. Prizes will be awarded to the finalists of both sections (5 for Experts and 5 for Novices) and CIARE will issue an Attendance Certificates to all competition participants.
